Please be aware that we cannot ship any products containing alcohol outside of the UK. We also cannot ship artwork as framed or mounted products outside of the UK - instead these will be sent as rolled paper prints and we will provide a separate shipping cost quote.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery to a UK address can be expected in 3-5 working days for all gift products and 7 working days for artworks. For non-UK addresses, you can expect your order in 5-10 working days.
Please be aware that we cannot ship any products containing alcohol outside of the UK. We also cannot ship artwork as framed or mounted products outside of the UK - instead these will be sent as rolled paper prints and we will be in touch to provide a separate shipping cost quote and lead times.

I need an item urgently, it is possible to arrange a faster delivery time?
If you need an item urgently then please get in touch so we can see if it is possible, we will always do our best to help! (extra postage costs may occur)

Can I place a telephone order?
We do not accept phone orders. All orders need be placed online and our website has been designed to offer you maximum security.

What if the item I want is out of stock?
Unless there is a supply problem with the item you require it should not remain out of stock for more than a few days, so please check back regularly.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it is despatched.

Can I return my order?
You have seven days starting from the day you receive your order to return it. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order. The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them. We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you'll need contact us by email quoting your order number.

What do I do if only part of my order arrived?
Please bear in mind if you have ordered more than one item, your products may be sent out in multiple parcels that may have then became separated during processing with our carriers and therefore may arrive separately.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If items are damaged you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will establish the best course of action, whether this is a replacement or refund. Items which are used will not be accepted.
